Whirlpool Bellow sourced from McCombs Supply Co. Inc.
I ordered the replacement part indicated in the owner's manual, using said source for the part number. I received a bellow that was not "professionally" wrapped. It arrived loose packed in a box. It has a part number penned on it with blue ink (ink pen?) and the part number did not match the part number supplied in the owner's manual (vendor part number?). I contacted Amazon, who in turn contacted McCombs. A reply from McCombs stated that they would look into it, further. No further responses were ever received from McCombs. I have a part that is physically different from the one needing replacing in the washer. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from McCombs Supply Co. Inc. of Lancaster, PA. They have terrible customer service.

Not very durable
This was pretty easy to install. Worked perfectly but after 4 months after installation, the inner ring tore completely off after normal use. This is not OEM product as our original one lasted about two years. Warning, there is only a 90 day warranty on this item. If anything happens after that, you cannot get a replacement. I would not purchase from HomeAppliancePart as seller as they are not very helpful in resolving anything. They just tell you to call Whirlpool.
